Marsha Kegley is a proven fundraising leader with over 30 years of experience in medical development, alumni relations, and strategic campaign planning. She spent three decades at the University of Miami, rising from an entry-level position to Associate Vice President, where she served as a trusted advisor to university leadership and top donors.
Marsha has an exceptional track record in principal and major gift fundraising, having personally solicited and secured eight-figure principal gifts and six-figure major gifts that established new centers, programs, and medical research initiatives. She played a key role in the planning and execution of two consecutive billion-dollar campaigns, ensuring sustained philanthropic growth and institutional impact.
Recognized for her leadership and dedication, Marsha was inducted into the Iron Arrow Honor Society, the University of Miami’s highest honor, awarded to individuals who exemplify scholarship, leadership, character, humility, and commitment to their alma mater.
Marsha brings deep expertise in donor relations, campaign strategy, and high-impact philanthropy, helping organizations cultivate transformational gifts, build meaningful donor relationships, and execute fundraising initiatives that drive long-term success.

Angie D. Martinez, M.S.Ed. is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of leadership in fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, and strategic operations. She specializes in brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and revenue growth, with a proven track record of executing multi-million-dollar fundraising campaigns and cultivating major gifts and corporate partnerships. Angie is adept at leading high-performing teams, leveraging digital and cross-functional strategies to enhance nonprofit visibility, and fostering strategic collaborations that drive mission impact and long-term success.
With a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Angie combines a deep understanding of institutional growth, philanthropy, and leadership development to support nonprofits and mission-driven organizations in achieving sustainable success.
She currently serves as a board member at Stomping Ground Comedy Theater, bringing her expertise in governance, strategic growth, and philanthropy to support the organization’s mission and sustainability.
With deep experience in business development and brand strategy, she has secured high-profile brand partnerships and licensing agreements with organizations including Oprah/Harpo, the Miami Heat, ABC/Disney, and Coca-Cola.
